1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the phphjl online gaming platform (the "Platform"), you enter into a binding contract with phphjl and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. phphjl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure, with forfeiture of any account balance.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

Online gaming services provided by phphjl are intended exclusively for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines or in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly permitted by law. You represent that you are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phphjl complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws in your jurisdiction. phphjl assumes no liability for any violations of local law resulting from your use of our services.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To use phphjl gaming services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, physical address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure its accuracy at all times. You are prohibited from registering multiple accounts; each player may maintain only one (1) active account with phphjl. The creation of duplicate accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to bonus abuse, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phphjl account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login information to any third party and to notify phphjl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phphjl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. All activities conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized, are your responsibility until you notify us of a security breach.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

phphjl accepts deposits through various payment methods including, but not limited to, GCash, PayMaya, direct bank transfers from authorized Philippine banks (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), and over-the-counter payment services. 4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

All players must engage in fair play at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phphjl platform: collusion with other players; use of automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence systems to gain unfair advantage; exploitation of software errors or bugs; fraudulent activity of any kind; money laundering or using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate entertainment; offensive, abusive, or threatening behavior toward other players or phphjl staff; and any activity that violates the spirit of fair gaming or the terms of specific games. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities.

4.2 Game Malfunction and Disputes

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue, phphjl reserves the right to void all affected game rounds and refund stakes. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game results. If you believe a game has malfunctioned or that an incorrect result has been recorded, you must notify phphjl customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed game round. All disputes are subject to review of server records, which shall be considered the authoritative record of all gaming activity. phphjl's decision on all disputes is final and binding.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the phphjl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of phphjl or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without express written permission from phphjl.

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The phphjl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. phphjl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phphjl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if phphjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall phphjl's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you deposited into your phphjl account during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

6.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless phphjl, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms and Conditions; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any fraudulent or malicious activity conducted through your account.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

phphjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activities. We encourage all players to game responsibly and within their financial means. Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits through their account settings. Additionally, players who wish to take a break from gaming may request temporary account suspension or permanent self-exclusion by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. 8. Account Closure and Termination

phphjl reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that: (a) you have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) your account has been used for money laundering or other illegal purposes; (d) you have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification; or (e) your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to phphjl, other players, or the integrity of our gaming environment. Upon account closure, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the closure resulted from violations of these terms. If closure was not due to violations, remaining balances will be returned to you following verification procedures.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the phphjl Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If such negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or to the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction. By using phphjl, you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts and arbitration bodies for resolution of all disputes.

10. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and phphjl regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without phphjl's prior written consent. phphjl may assign or transfer these terms to any affiliated entity or successor without your consent.

No Waiver: phphjl's failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
